The modified shaft diameter provides an increase in torsional rigidity and instantly transmits torque to the tires. It was designed to enable a feeling of superior response and direct traction. This design maintains the car balance and keeps the axis from shaking when the driver brakes or releases the accelerator during a turn. The special design suppresses unpleasant vibrations, thus improving ride comfort during regular use in the mid- to low-speed range. It also improves the feeling when shifting due to the increased rigidity of the drive line.
