| Product Description |
This is a bolt-on water-cooled oil cooler kit specifically designed for the S660.
*Compatible with both manual and CVT transmissions.
*A 30mm wrench is required for installation.
The advantage of water cooling is that it absorbs oil heat with constantly circulating coolant, regardless of driving speed.
The S660 is particularly sensitive to oil temperature rise, so the difference with and without this solution is significant, making it highly recommended for street driving.Furthermore, in winter, it offers the reverse benefit of faster engine warm-up after starting.
[November 2025 - Specification Renewal]
The oil cooler body has been changed to a genuine 2-liter class part from another Honda model.
This has been renewed to ensure a more stable supply and a more reliable configuration.
(*Cooling performance is equivalent to the previous model.)
The oil cooler body will be delivered with the hoses and joints pre-assembled.
Please adjust the joint direction and hose length according to the installation situation.
There is a PT1/8 hole on the side of the oil cooler adapter, but it will be delivered sealed with a sealing bolt.(While it is possible to install sensors here, it is not recommended.)
This hole is essential for the adapter's manufacturing process.

| Remarks |
As described in the included installation instructions, remove the heater hose shown in the image and bypass it to the hose of this product.
If installing sensors, set them in the oil cooler adapter beforehand.
Compatible sensor size: PT1/8.
If installing an oil temperature gauge, an optional extension adapter is required.
While there is no problem with the water cooling effect, the oil temperature may be displayed 10°C to 15°C lower than the actual temperature. Please be aware of this.
[Regarding the oil element]
Due to height issues, a long type may interfere with steps, etc.
A short type is recommended.
[Regarding the adapter guard plate]There is a belt directly above it, and a plate is used to protect the sensor in the event of belt damage. If no sensor is installed, it can be installed without the plate.
Two M20 nuts are included.The stud bolt on the engine side needs to be removed.
Remove it using the double nut method.
