Mine's original "High Flow Throttle System" enlarges the throttle diameter by 2.5mm, increases the flow area, and minimizes the steps inside the throttle. In addition, the internal surface treatment and shaft processing improve performance to the utmost. The internal surface of the genuine throttle has fine unevenness like a pear skin. Mine's diamond cutting process is performed on the internal surface to achieve microscopic dimensions, resulting in an ideal venturi shape and a more mirror-like finish. In addition, the shaft that mounts the large butterfly is thinned to the limit where strength can be maintained. As for the screws that mount the butterfly, we use special countersunk screws to prevent them from protruding from the shaft. The more the throttle opening increases, the more effective it works. It has advantages in terms of filling efficiency and intake resistance from all angles, and when used in combination with the specially designed VX-ROM for the high flow throttle system, it achieves super response.
