The flame that ignites near the outer periphery of the intake side, where knocking is likely to occur, spreads rapidly, suppressing the occurrence of knocking.It is made by cutting out A2618 material, which has high heat strength. It is lightweight because it has been made as light as possible by eliminating excess material.By adopting the "BCD (Bridge Concept Design)" structure, structural rigidity has been improved. It also contributes to weight reduction.The cooling oil from the three oil jets is directed to the appropriate location for effective cooling.The area above the top ring groove is nickel-plated to improve knock resistance and wear resistance.A two-layer coating is used to improve anti-seizure properties and reduce friction.The piston pin is a specially designed short one, which reduces the weight of the boss. The thickness of the wall is also carefully considered to reduce the weight.The top ring is titanium coated to improve durability.Edges that are prone to becoming heat spots are securely removed through machining.

*It is possible to install just the piston kit or connecting rod set, but we recommend installing them as a set as the balance will be lost and vibration will occur.
