daptable to a wide range of vehicle models, providing excellent driving performance. The use of 0.9kΩ/m ultra-low resistance variable pitch winding and hyper silicon ensures reliable transmission of spark energy from the ignition coil, maximizing performance. The ultra-low resistance metal resistance wire is wound in a variable pitch (0.9kΩ/m) on a ferrite core with alternating thick and thin windings, and is then covered with hyper silicon.
The resistance of a standard cord is 16kΩ/m. NGK power cables have an extremely low resistance of 0.9kΩ/m, about 1/18 of that, ensuring that the spark energy sent from the ignition coil is delivered to the plug. Our tests also show that this cable achieves approximately 130% more spark energy than a standard cord. It generates a more powerful spark, efficiently drawing out the potential performance of the engine.
By making the variable pitch windings wound around a magnetic ferrite core even denser, we have achievedultra-low resistance while reducing ignition noise. The new material Hyper Silicon is used for the coating, which significantly improves heat resistance, voltage resistance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength, andmaintains excellent performance even under more severe conditions.
