In recent years, ceramic carbon rotors have been attracting attention as an essential brake system for sports models. CCM (Carbon Ceramic Matrix), which was first adopted by Porsche (PCCB: Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake) and Ferrari, is also used in the Nissan GT-R Spec V (NCCB: Nissan Carbon Ceramic Brake). It not only reduces unsprung weight, but also provides stable braking performance. On the other hand, the genuine brake pads that are combined with it have weaknesses such as quick wear when driving continuously at high temperatures, so many users who drive on circuits currently replace them with heavy cast iron rotors. We began developing brake pads for ceramic carbon rotors in 2003. In order to bring out high-level performance, we have focused on circuit driving and have been developing them. Considering that the overwhelming majority of users who enjoy circuit driving have numbered vehicles that run on public roads, we have released the "W-008" which reduces noise and rotor aggressiveness from the W-007.
