When using FD2 TYPE-R for racing, genuine drive shaft boots are made of their own material and brake heat. Due to damage, the boots may be torn → grease may come off, and in the worst case, the drive shaft may be seized.
The J'S RACING FD2 TYPE-R reinforced drive shaft boot set was developed by putting it into practice in the harsh Super Taikyu series such as the Tokachi 24 Hours race.
It is possible to prevent troubles due to boot damage and significantly extend the life of the drive shaft.

Necessary items for sports driving on all stages from circuit to street
(Especially high grip tires and vehicles equipped with mechanical LSD are recommended)
There are two methods depending on the intended use. increase.
(For racing use)
Tighten the tie wrap etc. to prevent pressure release.
After use, it is necessary to disassemble and inspect the drive shaft on a regular basis.
(For street use)
No special pressure relief measures are required (to prevent grease from coming off and water from entering).
